Why Inchwise

Progress hides in the ordinary day.

Big changes rarely arrive all at once. They show up as an earlier alarm that actually held, ten minutes of reading, a workout logged, a hard conversation finally had. Each one is small. Written down every day, they become a record you can trust.

Inchwise was made for that record. Not a blank notebook that waits for inspiration, and not an app that buzzes for attention — just a simple, repeatable page that asks the same honest questions each morning and each night.

The name comes from the inchworm on our cover: it doesn't leap. It moves forward a little, every day, and gets where it's going.

The Method

Set. Do. Review.

Three movements, every day. Simple enough to keep, structured enough to matter.

Set

Morning

Start with the facts and a direction. Record when you meant to wake and when you did, then decide what today is for.

  • Wake up
  • Two lines of gratitude
  • Top three priorities
ii.

Do

Through the day

Work the checklist. Four habits are printed for you; four lines are left blank for habits of your own.

  • Prayer / Quiet Time · Read 10 Minutes
  • Learn / Practice · Meaningful Conversation
  • Workout: done or rest, plus notes

Evening

Close the day honestly. Count what went right, name what to adjust, and note the time the lights actually went out.

  • Two wins · Two places to improve
  • Thoughts of the day
  • Lights out

Questions

Frequently asked

How long does one journal last?

Ninety days. Each day uses one two-page spread — a morning page and an evening page — across roughly 200 cream pages.

Is it dated?

No. Pages are numbered by day (Day 1, Day 2…) with a blank for the date, so you can start any time and a skipped day doesn't waste a page.

Can I change the daily checklist?

Four habits are printed — Prayer / Quiet Time, Read 10 Minutes, Learn / Practice, and Meaningful Conversation — and four lines are left blank for habits you choose.

Why track weight and net worth?

They're simple, slow-moving numbers that are easy to ignore and useful to watch. They're entirely optional — leave them blank if they don't serve you.

What is the cover like?

A matte hardcover printed in charcoal, with the inchwise logo printed in cream ink. Size is 5.5 × 8.5 inches.

How much will it cost, and when can I order?
